Orders & Shipping

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay for online orders. In-store purchases also accept cash.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within California and 5–7 days for other U.S. states. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Start the process by emailing returns@aurroa.my with your order number. We’ll provide a return label and instructions.

Q: What if my toy is defective or damaged?
A: Contact us immediately at support@aurroa.my, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

A: Absolutely! All our toys meet U.S. CPSC safety standards and include age recommendations. Choking hazard warnings are clearly labeled.

Q: Can I request a specific toy you don’t carry?

Q: Are pets allowed in the store?
A: Only service animals are permitted inside, but we have a water bowl outside for furry friends!
