Returns & Exchanges

✅ 30-Day Return Window: You may return most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

✅ Original Condition Required: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

✅ Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened plush toys/stuffed animals
Personal care items (e.g., toy cleaning kits)
Custom-made or personalized toys

❌ Digital Products:

Downloadable content
Gift cards

Return Process

Contact Us: Email returns@aurroa.my with your order number and reason for return
Get Approved: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
Ship It Back: Use the prepaid return label we provide (US customers only)
Get Refunded: Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive your return

Refund Details

💰 Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method
⏳ Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
📦 Return Shipping: Free for defective/wrong items; otherwise $7.99 deducted from refund

Exchanges

🔄 Size/Color Exchanges: Free within the continental US
🚚 Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Damaged/Defective Items

⚠️ Contact Us Immediately: Email support@aurroa.my within 7 days of delivery
📸 Photos Required: Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging
✈️ Free Replacement: We’ll ship a new item at no cost to you
